PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices will always be displayed in Euro (EUR). Payments, as well as refunds for shipments, are invoiced in Euro (EUR). Please note that the payment process is powered by PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can use your account directly to confirm the payment. If you do not have it already set up, you can enter your card details on our payment site. The order amount will be deposited on your card as a deposit until your order has either been sent (you will be charged) or cancelled (deposit goes back on your card). You can choose to pay via PayPal account or credit/debit card powered by PayPal. Refunds from returns will always be awarded back to the credit card of the original order.

DUTIES & TAXES

All prices shown on the website include Taxes and Duties. No additional Taxes or customs Duties will be charged. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include italian VAT (IVA) and are thus listed as gross prices. You will receive the billing document by e-mail when the order is shipped. You'll find a copy of the invoice also attached to the package.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: 7 Euro for 7 Days maximum arrival time. We are able to deliver everywhere within the European Union through our courier services within 7 working days. The cost of the service to ship is charged to the customer as listed for each product and or territories. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can send your purchased items, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Customers can always check the status of their order through their My Profile.* Upon shipping your order, you will receive an instant email providing you with your tracking number to track your order via our shipping partner website.
